Good breakfast and friendly staff. The staff was very accommodating with my late check-in. My flight was delayed and they were able to accommodate my needs. They even gave me a room in the very back to ensure we would have a quiet room to rest in. We liked the cleanliness and comfort of our room.

The beds and pillows were so comfortable. Staff very helpful and courteous. So clean, so quiet, everything in the room to charge laptop, charge phone, smells nice, very kind and accommodating staff, pleasant atmosphere, easy location. I was a bit upset i did not have coffee in my room as i like a cup before i go down for breakfast in the morning but was happy i did not have it in my room as that coffee is not half as the lobby coffee.
I've always stayed at this hotel due to how close it is to the Operation Christmas Child facility, restaurants, and it's not too far from a large shopping mall. This trip my stay was to attend a conference with my area team. Everything was great, as always. Staff were friendly and helpful as always. The room is clean, comfortable, and quiet, as always.
